We had a unique request having to do with a family owned property in California. We didn't know who the insurance provider was, or even if it was insured at all. Kasia was most helpful. She went through several iterations on the name and address to find a policy. When she was unable to find the property in her system, she referred us to the corporate to make sure there was no policy. Then she went the extra mile by sending us a Google maps link with insurance agencies near the property. She had a great attitude, very pleasant and helpful.
