"Terrible service after being a long time customer there! They kept ignoring my repeated emails for weeks and they were not providing me with my refund!!! When you make a change in your insurance they charge you immediately, the same day, but when you are due for a refund they intentionally do not reply to your repeated email requests for the refund for weeks!!! Audrey there has a very bad attitude. She does not respond to the emails even though some of them were directed only to her and when she was confronted about it, even though I have the sent emails as proof in my folder, she would lie about it and that made it even more aggravating!!! She is very rude, with a very bad attitude and she needs to be fired or her license taken away for so many lies and ignoring to respond to customer's repeated email requests! Also Gavin did a horrible job in that office by not returning my calls and not responding to my calls either. On top of it when I would call corporate they were able to immediately remove some of my coverages to reduce my premium, but this office whenever I requested that they would make all sorts of excuses so you can keep those extra coverages that I did not need, so they can keep collecting more money from you! I would be reporting Audrey and her office to corporate State Farm. Stay away from this office if you don't want problems!!!"
